What are the product specifications?

All products are printed on custom 264 gsm paper giving each piece of art an elegant finish. The size of the product is indicated on product description page.

What if a product I am interested in is unavailable?

We encourage you to return to our online store at a later date to check an item’s availability, or contact support@imcite.com.

Do you deliver internationally? How long does it take?

Yes, we do ship internationally. You should receive your order within 1-2 weeks of shipping if you live in the US or Canada. If you live outside the US, you can expect your order to take 3-4 weeks after shipping to arrive.

Do I need to pay customs fees or import duties?

All international orders can potentially incur charges such as customs, duties, VAT, etc. upon their arrival in the destination country. You may be charged an additional fee by your local authorities. Customs fees are determined by a number of factors, so please follow up with your local customs office or tax agent if you have additional questions.

How can I track the delivery of my order?

When you place an order, you will receive a confirmation e-mail. Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email confirmation that includes your tracking number, if one is available.

What is your return and exchange policy?

If your order arrives and is damaged or has some sort of defect or mistake, email us with your name, order number, and an image of the product at support@imcite.com. If we determine that the product is indeed damaged or incorrect, we will send you a replacement, free of charge.

Are products available in any stores?

No. Imcite products are currently sold only by Imcite.com online store.
